I’m a dancer, choreographer, outdoor enthusiast, and Feldenkrais® Teacher. Through my own journey, I’ve seen Feldenkrais® transform my physicality and health. I’ve been practicing movement since I was a young child in swimming, dance, and music. I would love to talk to you about your unique needs and goals.
